Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from this week on Irrigation Way (Audley Street) at Narrandera for essential maintenance work.

Road surface repairs will be carried out on two 300-metre sections between Twynam Street and the Newell Highway to provide a stronger and safer road.

Work will be carried out 24 hours a day from Friday 13 June and is expected to take one week to complete, weather permitting.

Single lane closures, traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.

There may be some impacts to driveways and on-street parking during work. Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, allow up to five minutes’ extra travel time and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
