Narrandera Spring Fair this Saturday from 4pm to 9pm in Narrandera’s main street offers something for everyone in a jam-packed celebration with a wide variety of events and attractions.

Narrandera Business Group volunteers have left no stone unturned to provide community and cultural activities and entertainment options catering to all ages. The event’s objectives are to bring the community together for an event that also provides a commercial opportunity for local businesses.

The Open Streets program, from which funding for the event came, also aims to encourage councils to use their main streets for more events, more often.

The Narrandera Business Group says they are extremely thankful to the local businesses who so generously provided sponsorships that combined with the Open Streets grant to enable the event to be held.

Sponsorships from major sponsors the Narrandera Ex-Servicemen’s Club (by way of ClubsNSW grant’s program for children’s activities) and Narrandera Shire Council (through their Financial Assistance Program covered many running costs of the Fair and help leading up to and at the Fair) have been welcomed by the Spring Fair organisers.

Designated sections of the main street area will be safely sectioned off to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the outdoor spaces. Over 30 stalls, live music by Texas Road and River Country, food and drink vendors, Narrandera Auto Club’s ShowNShine, a community long dinner and table, children’s side-show alley and play land all evening, plus come and try Radio presenting 4-7pm with Spirit FM parked next to The Yard’s Coco Lounge, and fun chalk art with Hayley on the taxi stand pavement from 6-8pm.
