Dotty, Altina Wildlife Park’s reared orphan who was delivered via emergency c-section in January 2024 and made some famous appearances on Altina Open days in the children’s nursery, is now a proud mother.

“Dotty’ gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on Wednesday 10 December.

She is a natural with motherhood (which can be challenging with hand-reared animals) and loves her little girl so much that with no help so far from the keepers knows exactly what to do to keep her baby fed and safe.
