Time has slipped away with Lockhart Bowling Club Business House Bowls going into the fifth week and it’s great to see all the bowlers having a good time.

After Round 4 the leaders are Ex-Serviceman’s Club on 74 points, second OH-BOR on 66 points and third Himal Attachment on 63 points.

Tuesday Jackpot Bowls is going well and is also good to see Aaron Agnew (Swampie) looking after the young kids at the Kids Coaching Clinic on Friday nights.

Bowlers and members were saddened on the passing of Darrell Carter – a mate and a great bowler who did heaps of voluntary work for the LBC and will be sorely missed.

Pennant bowlers played last Saturday February 14 with the results being:

• Grade 5: The Rock versus Lockhart with a close loss 62-59.

• Grade 7: Urana/Lockhart verses Rand- going down 99-28.
