Bobby Alu and This Way North will hit the stage at Ganmain and Morundah in the Festival of Small Halls this month.
The performance at the Paradise Palladium Theatre will be on Thursday, April 22, with doors opening at 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
Alu and the two-piece Indi pop rock band will then move on to Ganmain Hall for a performance on Friday, April 23.
Alu hails from Byron Bay and is a singer, ukulele strummer and drummer with his smooth harmonies and rhythms inspired by his Polynesian background.
Morundah publican David Fahey said a parmi night would be held before the concert at 6.45pm with bookings to the pub after 3pm daily.
“The Morundah Bush Entertainment Committee is registered for the Dine and Discover vouchers so people can have a free concert as it is $25 a ticket. It is unreserved seating,” he said.
“We have all new cushion seats, along with reverse cycle air conditioning, and we have just purchased $20,000 worth of lights with more coming.
“We are also awaiting a front house curtain and an electric hoist system to access the rafters.
“A grant from Riverina Water enabled us to install a stainless steel bench, commercial dishwasher and refrigerator for light catering.”
Since COVID, the theatre has hosted a sell-out concert for Fanny Lumsden and 260 people for the Irish dancers.
“We are now allowed to operate at 100 per cent capacity which is almost 400 seats,” Mr Fahey said.
The pub has also been busy catering for the Morundah Team Yarding last weekend, has 160 booked for Seniors Week and is already taking Christmas bookings,
Tickets can be booked for the performances on the Festival of Small Halls website.
