Prize money increase for Narrandera Sprint

Narrandera Race Club is excited to announce that the Eurell's and Yamaha Golf Cars Narrungdera Yarraman Sprint (1000m) will be worth $40,000 in 2026.

The $10,000 increase made possible by the ongoing sponsorship of Eurell’s Narrandera and Yamaha Golf Cars, along with the support of Racing NSW, will give trainers and owners another reason to target the 2026 Narrandera Cup meeting on July 12.

Complementing the $70,000 Community Bendigo Bank Narrandera Cup (1400m) and the $50,000 Super Maiden Plate (1000m), this increase drives the total meeting prizemoney to $320,000.

Since the inaugural running of the Eurells & Yamaha Golf Cars Narrungdera Yarraman Sprint in 2024, Ross Purcell has trained both winners in Hulm (Nick Heywood) and Mr Moppet (John Kissick).

This announcement will further elevate one of Racing NSW’s premier country race days.
